# Placement Bonus & Company Referrals

Thank you for supporting our Springboard students' job search and getting them hired! 

Please complete this [Placement & Company Referral form](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1mq1ww0EIJyAOMI4vbnYBZgIfOcjes4JcvjbeS_hBF9U/edit?ts=636abaa6) if:  

- You have placed a Springboard B2C student in a Job Guarantee qualified role, or
- You have placed an Amazon student, or
- You would like to refer a company/companies that may hire a Springboard student.

**Mentor Support:** To qualify, mentor support should be around connecting students to a hiring manager or introducing them to someone at the company. Reviewing materials, interview prep, and encouragement aren't included as this support is offered by our career coaches.

- **Qualifying Job Offer:** We determined that a job offer is qualifying when meeting the 4 criteria below. Once we confirm the student received an offer, you will be rewarded with a $300 bonus.
- Full-time position (30 or more hours/week)
- At least 3 months in length
- Must be paid
- Related to their course

This form will be checked every Friday, so please be sure to complete it before the end of the week. **For any questions, reach out to employerpartnerships@springboard.com.**
