# Career Curriculum & Job Guaranteed Students
The Career Curriculum (last updated at the end of 2023) ensures the success of student job outcomes. Our goal is to help students find a job by increasing:
- Job search readiness
- 3-month offer rate
- Post-completion offer rate

**IMPORTANT**
**Job Guaranteed students must complete all 7 career calls, alongside the Career units and their projects.** Some projects require a passing grade from a career coach.
The career units are scaffolded into the next. **It's important that students progress through the course completing each career unit as they arise in their curriculum.** Please do not encourage them to skip any unit or wait until the end to think about their job search. We've seen that students who don't follow this career journey have difficulties securing jobs within 3 or even 6 months.
Students should be averaging about 1 coaching call every month for 6-month courses and 1 coaching call every 6 weeks for 9-month courses.
