[FAQ](https://help-center.springboard.com/mentor/general?hsLang=en#faq) # What are the differences between the Springboard Courses: Career Track vs UP vs F2C vs B2B? **Springboard Career Track Courses** - Course is self-paced with a goal of completion within 6-10 months(depending on the course) - Material is asynchronous and consists of readings, videos, exercises, and projects - Course has a technically-focused curriculum along with career-focused curriculum modules to provide students with job-hunting skills - In addition to their mentor, students have the support of career coaches, their student advisor, and in some courses, teaching assistants **University Partnerships**  In addition to Springboard's consumer course offerings, we also have a University Partnerships initiative that allows us to offer re-branded courses through higher education organizations. - Completely online and self-paced with a goal of completion within 6-10 months(depending on the course) - The core content and curriculum for these courses will also remain the same as our standard courses - Same mentor experience as the Springboard standard course offering - Certificate of Completion from the University - Career units are optional but students will have access to Career Services support - These courses work similarly to other offerings from Schools of Professional Education or Continuing Education and are “non-credit” in nature - **Job guarantees will not apply to this course, making career units optional** - [Review this mentor guide article](https://help-center.springboard.com/hc/en-us/articles/10482284576532-University-Partnerships?hsLang=en) for more information on university partnerships **Foundations to Core (F2C)** - Single course offering for students who don't have the experience for the career track - Same mentor experience as the Springboard standard course offering - Students will start with a prep course focusing on the Foundations of Data Science/Data Analytics/Software Engineering - Students will have to pass a Technical Skills Survey(TSS) before entering the Core curriculum **Business- to-Business Partnerships** In our pursuit of impacting lives by imparting job-ready skills, we have teamed up with  B2B partners to provide alternate avenues for career development within their employees.
