Creating a Zoom account and signing in
⛔ If you do not sign in you will not be able to join Springboard calls. This is one of the leading causes for issues.
All our 1:1 mentorship calls require the participants to be signed in on the Zoom client through any of their accounts. You can use your personal email ids or the email ids you have shared with Springboard. This should not matter as long as the user is signed in on the Zoom client.
After successful installation click on “Sign in” and select your preferred account or method to sign in.

Giving permissions
You need to give 2 types of permissions:
- Audio
- Screen sharing
