Each of our courses have different requirements for mentees to graduate. You are always welcome to direct mentees to their Student Advisor to clarify Springboard policy, but it will be useful to familiarize yourself with these requirements in case your mentee asks. ### What is the process for my mentee completing the course? Once your mentee has met all the requirements for their course and submitted their final capstone projects, the Student Advisor team and Mentor team will begin the completion process:  1 The Mentor team will reach out to you for your evaluation of your mentee's final capstone project if applicable. 2 You will have 1 week to evaluate your mentee's final capstone project and decide whether it is **Approved** or **Needs More Work.** - If **Approved**, you're all done! - If **Needs More Work**, we'll notify your mentee and they will 2 weeks to resubmit their final capstone project and we'll ask for your final evaluation. 3 Our Student Advisor team will send your mentee their Certificate of Completion and you'll have one more success story!
