# Industry Design Project (IDP)

The Industry Design Project is a unit created to allow Springboard students an opportunity to work with a client and demonstrate some of the UX/UI skills learned in the course in a real world context. Students must complete units \[1-31 for IXC or 1-21 for UX\] to qualify for IDP.  Please direct any student questions regarding the IDP to [industryprojects@springboard.com](mailto:industryprojects@springboard.com).

You can view the Mentor facing IDP guide [here](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ZeSJLdIO_FAhVNfElis7y0isOaK4Dh6SYvVzrphI63g/edit).
