# How do I know which units to grade?
All of the projects that your mentee submits can be found under their "Projects" tab next to their profile. If the "status" column has a dropdown menu or an option to "Submit Feedback," that project requires your evaluation. You can see your student submissions and the assignment rubrics in the columns to the left of the project status.
If your next scheduled student meeting will take place in 1-3 days, you may wish to provide feedback during your meeting. If your scheduled meeting is more than three days away, a best practice is to send feedback to your student via email or in a Google doc. Once you have done this, you can mark the assignment as "Passed" or "Needs more work" to ensure you meet the seven day deadline to grade assignments.
If the project has "N/A" in the status column, that project does not require formal evaluation. However, some N/A projects still require student submissions, and can be discussed informally during your calls.
