# Can my mentee see the call ratings and notes I write on the dashboard?

 No, the call ratings and notes are private to you and the Springboard team. We use these notes and ratings to help our student advising team be aware of any student concerns and stay proactive with their support. They're never used to penalize a student or discipline them in any way. Please feel free to be honest and constructive in your ratings.
