Student Referrals
Springboard wants to reward you for referring friends to enroll in Springboard courses. We have prepared the following answers to frequently asked questions to help you understand how the program works. Following the FAQs below are the Terms and Conditions of the Springboard Referral Program (“Referral T&C”). The FAQs are non-binding explanations provided for convenience. Any referral fee or discount is subject to the Referral T&C.
How do I invite friends to enroll in a Springboard course?
- When you’re logged in, go to the menu on the top right corner of the page and click “Earn $250”.
- You’ll see the unique page we’ve made for you -- share this link with your friends!
- When your friend copies the promo code on this page and applies it to their payment when they’re enrolling in a course, they’ll receive $750 off their first month.
- You’ll receive $250 as an additional honorarium (processed monthly by our Mentor Operations team) once your friend finishes the first week of the course (from their cohort start date)!
What’s the maximum amount I can earn?
There is no maximum!
Where can I share my referral link?
No deal websites, please! Instead, share it directly with friends over email or social media -- they’ll thank you for it!
Mentor & Other Referrals
It is because of amazing mentors like you that we’re able to help thousands of students achieve their learning goals each year. That’s why we have launched a referral program to connect more experts with our community of students.
Why you: You know your industry and have a network of similar professionals. You also have a unique perspective on the opportunity and why someone should join our mission. There is no one better than you to help us grow our mentor community!
How: Share the candidate info sheet for your referrals to learn more about mentoring at Springboard.
- You can submit referrals on behalf of the applicant by applying to our job board. Referred candidates can submit their applications directly
- Both of the above methods will mark the candidates as referrals in the system
- The applications of referral candidates will be prioritized
- All referred candidates will be asked who referred them to ensure we give credit to the referring person
Benefits: You will receive a $100 referral bonus per candidate hired, paid out the month after the referral starts
For roles like On-Demand Mentors, Hiring Manager Reviewers, Post Completion Mentors, and more: All applicants should have a minimum of 6 months of Springboard experience and have strong student call ratings.
